All transactions on the pesowin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pesowin does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via credit card, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pesowin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
